Slovak fashion designer and artist Tomáš Višňovský is currently studying at UMPRUM in Prague in the Fashion and Footwear Design studio under the guidance of Simona Rybáková. His work is rooted in the interpretation of personal female muses, a sensitivity to tailoring techniques, and traditional garment forms with a strong historical influence.
He often draws from real stories and his own manifesto. His credo is: “Beauty is temporary, but ugliness lives forever.” His collections thus carry a strong personal signature, a tension between aesthetics and narrative, and a deep respect for craftsmanship.
